I'm a Romanian lawyer who explains the law like it's a chat over a beer. Companies, money, brand deals, AI. No BS.

I've spent 13 years in law, working on investments, M&A, start-ups and digital, on deals that add up to 120M+ €. In 2015 I founded Avocatoo, the first legal-information platform on social media in Romania. Today that means 481K followers and 8M+ views a month, for content that makes the law make sense.

I co-wrote Digitale #PeLegale with Marian Hurducaș (Curtea Veche, 2022), a book about contracts, content and social media, done by the book. I've been named in Forbes Romania 30 Under 30 and FT New Europe 100, and I've given four TEDx talks.

In 2023 I burned out. Properly. I came back choosing to live with intention: fewer things, chosen on purpose.

Now I build SRL Lab for people starting and running a company, write two newsletters, work with brands and speak at events. One thing to be clear on: I explain the law, I don't give legal advice on your case.
